Our work falls into two strands designed for businesses at different stages and with different needs.
Strategic Advisory
I work directly with founders and CEOs on senior, strategic work. This includes operational audits to understand how the business is really running, where pressure points sit, and what needs to change.
For larger or more complex businesses, this often leads into a focused implementation sprint, where we put the right structure, decisions and ways of working in place to support the next phase of scale and maturity.
I’m not a coach and I’m not there to sit on the sidelines. I provide hands-on, senior support, rooted in experience and delivery.
Growth & Delivery
Separately, the Callisto team supports smaller, growth-focused businesses with practical delivery work. This covers communications, marketing, research, awards and operational support, delivered through clear, defined packages.
This work doesn’t depend on an audit and is designed for founders who need reliable execution without doing everything themselves.
